Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager (DBM) Intern/Co-op in Memphis to learn the full lifecycle of construction projects—from concept to final walkthrough. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals as you gain hands-on experience in estimating, scheduling, design meetings, and site visits.

You’ll participate in shadowing, buyout, permitting, shop drawing review, and biweekly training sessions while developing professional skills in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous co-op or intern experience in construction preferred.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project from concept to delivery.
• Attend design meetings with owners and design team.
• Assist in estimating, takeoffs, scheduling, and reporting.
