ARCO is seeking a Design/Build Manager in Atlanta to lead project performance from day one. You will manage estimating, scheduling, design coordination, and subcontractor buyout while maintaining safety and quality standards across ground-up commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–10 years of construction management experience on ground-up, commercial projects.
• Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimation and buyout of subcontractors.
• Coordinate with owners and design team on preliminary concept drawings and value engineering ideas.
• Oversee progress meetings and ensure high standards of safety and quality.
