Job summary

ARCO is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with 3-10 years of design/build experience. You will have overall responsibility for project performance and customer satisfaction, taking it from concept to completion with full profit and performance accountability for your projects.

In this role you will lead estimating, scheduling, quality control, cost reporting, and safety; work with owners and design teams; oversee buyout of subs; conduct site meetings; and ensure on‑time, on‑budget

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with minimum 3.2 GPA.
• 3–10 years of design/build experience.
• Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Integrity and alignment with company values.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, schedule, quality control, progress reports and cost reporting.
• Design review, coordination, and proposal preparation.
• Work with owners and design professionals early in the process.
• Prepare accurate and complete project estimates with design team.
• Lead buyout of subcontractors and conduct bi-weekly site meetings.
• Coordinate with the superintendent on safety, quality and schedule.
• Conduct progress meetings with Owners and the construction team.
