• 3–10 years of design/build experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage project performance and customer satisfaction from concept to completion.
• Oversee estimating, scheduling, quality control, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with design professionals and owners early in the process.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and participate in reviews.
• Lead meetings and communication with owners, design team, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety and schedule alignment with the superintendent.
