You will own project profitability and execution, coordinating with owners, designers, and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Engineering or related field with minimum 3.2 GPA.
• 1-5 years of design/build experience.
• Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to achieve results.

Aufgaben

• Manage all project aspects from concept to completion including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination.
• Collaborate with owners and design professionals early in the process.
• Prepare accurate project estimates with design team to develop concepts.
• Contribute to proposals, explore cost-saving and value engineering opportunities.
• Oversee buyout and selection of subcontractors.
• Conduct bi-weekly site meetings and coordinate with the Superintendent on safety, quality and schedule.
• Lead progress meetings with Owners and construction team.
