Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of supervision experience.
• 10+ years in commercial construction estimating and project management.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles as required.
• Manage projects from conceptual design through construction and final closeout.
• Analyze drawings to prepare cost, material, and labor estimates.
• Develop technical project development, estimates profits, and release to production.
• Provide technical expertise for fuel, retail, and commercial facilities projects.
• Participate in key sales situations for the project.
• Communicate with trade partners and team members on projects.
• Maintain contracts and financial reporting.
