Job summary

PEAK Construction Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to drive operational excellence, lead scheduling and budgeting, and deliver projects on time and under budget. You will coordinate PEAK teams and subcontractors, and ensure procurement and risk mitigation are aligned with project goals.

This role emphasizes CPM scheduling, cost management, proactive client engagement, and leadership on-site across nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related.
• 5–10 years of experience managing construction projects—traditional and design-build.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience with estimating, budgets, buyout and cost reporting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and solve problems.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple commitments.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution within schedule and budget, strengthening client relationships.
• Oversee budgets, general conditions, cost allocations, and subcontractor procurement.
• Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule using CPM techniques.
• Oversee contract execution, RFIs, change orders, and lien waiver reviews.
• Support business growth through proactive client engagement.
• Provide leadership on site and mentor junior team members.
