Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is seeking a Project Manager for the Entertainment team in Downers Grove, IL. You will lead from design through completion, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction across all project phases.

You’ll coordinate with clients, the design team, and subcontractors, overseeing procurement, scopes, schedules, and site logistics. A strong background in construction management and MS Project is preferred, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years’ of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Collaborate with clients and design team to develop preliminary concepts and budgets.
• Review scope, costs, value engineering ideas, and contracts with clients.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout for trades and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to procure materials/equipment to protect budget/schedule.
• Develop and review subcontractor scopes, schedules, and site logistics with the PM.
• Lead preconstruction planning meetings with designers, subs, and vendors.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly meetings on-site to address progress and challenges.
• Track project performance vs budget; manage pay apps and progress billing.
• Find ways to make construction enjoyable for clients and teams without sacrificing quality or safety.
