ARCO, a family of construction companies, seeks a Project Manager for the Entertainment team in Downers Grove, IL. You will lead from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with clients and the design team while managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• 2-5 years' construction management or engineering design experience.
• Experience leading ground up commercial, light industrial, multi-family, hospitality, or entertainment construction projects preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Work with clients and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs, and negotiate contracts & fees.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout process.
• Identify opportunities to procure material and/or equipment directly when advantageous to budget or schedule.
• Work with Project Superintendent on subcontractor scopes and schedule.
