Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering design, construction, or engineering coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage design schedules across multiple disciplines.
• Experience managing RFI and design change workflows at program level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; lead cross-functional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary engineering coordination lead for assigned projects, managing design development and integration across all disciplines from preconstruction through construction closeout.
• Manages design schedule and milestone deliverables, coordinating with internal resources and subconsultants.
• Facilitates design and constructability reviews at milestones, consolidating input from field and leadership.
• Acts as main contact between Nox Group and design team, managing flow of information and issues.
• Leads RFI and design change management, escalating owner or EOR decisions as needed.
• Drives scope alignment between deliverables and contract requirements; resolves gaps before field.
• Coordinates with internal leads for discipline-specific technical reviews and cross-discipline conflicts.
• Supports design-build, delegated design, and design-assist scopes with subconsultants.
• Coordinates with QA/QC to align design docs with commissioning and start-up priorities.
• Maintains design logs and decision records per standards; supports internal training.
