Aldridge Electric in the United States (DMV area travel) is seeking a Design Build Project Director to lead transportation projects on the East Coast. You will own project delivery, serve as the client liaison, and guide pursuit and execution with a focus on safety and quality.

Strong leadership, communication, and senior-level collaboration are essential for success. The role requires 15+ years in the field, 10+ years in design-build and alternative delivery, a relevant degree, and willingness

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or Business Management.

What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking a Design Build Project Director to join our dynamic and energetic Transportation team out on the East Coast. This role is an individual with accountability for the project delivery, acts as the representative of the organization and plays a vital leadership role through this pursuit and often closes out the project.

What we offer:

The annual base pay for this role is between $160,000 - $210,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a bonus. Aldridge provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following:
