Job summary

H&H is seeking a Design-Build Project Controls Specialist to join our Design-Build / Alternative Delivery Group in New York. You will support procurement, contract development, scheduling, estimating, and financial administration across multiple infrastructure assignments.

The role spans design, construction, procurement, commercial, and owner-facing functions in a collaborative environment, expanding capabilities in alternative-delivery delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Exposure to CPM scheduling principles and software (Primavera P6 or similar).
• Strong written communication and ability to coordinate across design, scheduling, procurement, and owners.

Responsibilities

• Support design-build procurement documents and contract development.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules and cost tracking across multiple projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive actions to completion.
• Maintain project controls information including procurement, schedule, and financial tracking.
