Job summary

Hardesty & Hanover is seeking a Design-Build Project Controls Specialist in NY to support procurement, contract development, scheduling, estimating, and project controls across multiple infrastructure assignments.

The role involves coordinating across design, construction, procurement, finance, and owner-facing teams within an alternative-delivery environment, expanding capacity and developing into a versatile project-controls resource.

Qualifications

• Experience with CPM scheduling principles and Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business apps.
• Ability to work in a collaborative design-build environment.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP development and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Support design-build procurement documents and contract development.
• Develop and review CPM schedules and cost/schedule integration.
• Coordinate multi-discipline design teams and project-controls data.
• Prepare invoices and participate in financial reporting and forecasting.
