Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Experience with CPM scheduling principles and Primavera P6 or comparable software.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and standard business applications.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support development of design-build RFQs, RFPs, contracts, and procurement documents.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, legal, scheduling, quality, and owner input for procurement.
• Prepare and review schedules, estimates, and financial tracking.
• Maintain project-controls information across procurement, schedule, design, and cost.
• Facilitate cross-functional design coordination and timely reviews with stakeholders.
