Job summary

H&H is seeking a Design-Build Project Controls Specialist to support multiple infrastructure assignments, including design-build procurement, contract development, scheduling, estimating, and project controls.

You will collaborate across design, construction, procurement, and owner-facing functions in a collaborative alternative-delivery environment, expanding capacity and developing into a versatile resource for design-build delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate DBIA certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year program in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Exposure to CPM scheduling principles and Primavera P6 or similar.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative design-build environment.

Responsibilities

• Support design-build procurement documents and contract development.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, scheduling, and owner input into documents.
• Develop CPM schedules and review contractor schedules for alignment.
• Maintain project-controls information across procurement, schedule, design, and cost.
