Job summary

H&H is seeking a Design-Build Project Controls Specialist to join our Design-Build / Alternative Delivery Group. This role will support multiple infrastructure assignments including design-build procurement, contract development, scheduling, estimating, and project controls.

The successful candidate will collaborate across design, construction, procurement, commercial, financial, scheduling, and owner-facing functions in a collaborative alternative-delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Assoc DBIA certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Exposure to CPM scheduling principles.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support development of design-build procurement documents and contracts.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, scheduling, quality, and owner inputs.
• Prepare CPM schedules and assist with cost/fore casting and invoicing.
• Coordinate design teams and track deliverables across the project lifecycle.
