Job summary

DeBra-Kuempel is seeking a Piping Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for MEP projects. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to develop competitive bids and support successful execution.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical estimating experience, construction industry knowledge, and the ability to produce design-build, budget, and conceptual estimates. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 with discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor/Master in engineering or construction field preferred.
• 5+ years in estimation and project management in electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future projects.
• Consult with clients, vendors, and foremen to discuss estimates and resolve issues.
• Prepare estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
