Job summary

ARCO Design/Build in Savannah, GA is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to oversee full project lifecycles from estimating to closeout. You will coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

You will lead bid development, manage on-site meetings, and drive continuous improvement while upholding ARCO's values of integrity and excellence. This role offers growth within a nationally recognized design/build firm.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming graduation in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering program.
• Strong interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, or industrial builds.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project success from start to finish, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, billing, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, and proposal development.
• Prepare detailed, reliable project estimates for successful execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape concepts into buildable solutions.
• Participate in proposal meetings to refine scope and optimize costs.
