Qualifications

• Ability to interpret architectural and construction documents.
• Basic understanding of engineering design packages and how they relate to a project.
• Basic understanding of structural drawings and documents.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and develop BIM and construction technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating technical shop drawings per project specifications and BIM team direction.
• Support Coordinators, Leads, and Technicians with model modifications and updates.
• Collaborate as part of the BIM/CAD support team to achieve accurate, high-quality results.
• Create and revise shop drawings based on project requirements.
• Review project documents and drawings to support accurate drafting and modeling.
• Assist with maintaining model accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with BIM team members and ask questions when clarification is needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
