Job summary

Global Power Components in Milwaukee seeks a Design Automation Manager to lead their CAD/PDM/automation team. You will oversee a group of engineers, driving innovation and performance across CAD systems like SolidWorks and DriveWorks. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a team of CAD/automation engineers.
• Hands-on experience with DriveWorks Pro including project ownership.
• Advanced knowledge of CAD data structures.

• Own administration of SolidWorks and other CAD-related systems.
• Drive implementation of automated design solutions.
