Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or 4 years in QA, QE, testing, or systems engineering.
• AS degree with 3–5 years experience considered; CQE beneficial.
• 3–5 years hands-on quality, test, or systems engineering in product development.
• Experience with DOE and project planning preferred.
• Experience with military specs and ISO/AS quality standards knowledge/experience is a plus.
• ASTE/SFTE membership desired.

Aufgaben

• Develop test plans and procedures for development activities.
• Lead test and inspection plans with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
• Manage test activities as test manager/test engineer and develop test reports.
• Review requirements and determine best trade space to bound open-ended requirements.
• Support SRR and development requirements matrix throughout projects.
• Ensure inspection instructions are fully developed and validated.
• Ensure first article inspections for production hardware are completed.
• Develop measurement/test equipment requirements for pre-production hardware and validate.
• Address design assurance/quality issues at program level.
• Create standardized test data and analysis reporting for internal and external customers.
