WorkGenius Group in New York City is seeking a Design Associate/Assistant to support the fashion design process from concept through production. You will create hand sketches, develop flats and CAD renderings, and prepare patterns, colorways, and presentation boards.

You will update technical packs, BOMs, and line changes, review samples, attend fittings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate documentation and on-time delivery of designs.

Qualifications

• Experience or proficiency with Sketch updates, CAD design, and CAD updates.
• Proficiency in hand sketching, Photoshop, and Illustrator for flats, renderings, and presentation materials.
• Knowledge of apparel design processes, including technical packs, design handoffs, bills of materials, fittings, and production samples.
• Knits or outerwear design experience preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and ability to track multiple line changes.

Responsabilités
