Job summary

Z SUPPLY is seeking a Design Assistant to join our creative team in Costa Mesa. You will work with the Design Director and M&D to support seasonal development, manage fabric libraries, color palettes, and production documents.

This hybrid, full-time role requires proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, strong organization, and collaboration across teams. 1–2 years of related experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and Google Workspace.
• Centric PLM and Full Circle experience a plus.
• Super organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sketch updates and color/print details.
• Maintain seasonal color palettes and Pantone references.
• Prepare and organize R&D and production documents.
• Build and maintain seasonal fabric books with vendor details.
• Support product development with fabric swatches and vendor details.
• Collaborate with Design Director and M&D team across seasons.
• Assist PD team with proto samples organization and meetings prep.
