Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a architecture degree with 10+ years of experience, extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and BIM, and a strong command of building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture and 10 years minimum of practical experience.
• Extensive knowledge of architectural principles and project management.
• Experience in semiconductor design is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide creation and evolution of architectural solutions per standards.
• Design, build, oversee building projects within budget and deadlines.
• Create building programs and capture stakeholder requirements.
• Update masterplan and plan for expansions.
• Develop and review technical building plans and drawings.
• Oversee on-site team and ensure concepts are followed.
• Identify risks and mitigate them during construction or planning phases.
• Coordinate with Architect of Record for permits and inspections.
• Manage project reports to executives and stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous learning and industry standards.
