Job summary

Closets by Design Maryland is seeking Design and Sales Consultants to help clients organize their homes. You will work from home with pre-set appointments near you, receive complete sales and design training, and have opportunities for advancement while earning a competitive salary and a performance-based bonus.

As a people-person with strong communication skills, you will build rapport, assess customer needs, educate on products, and guide residential projects from consultation to sale.flexible

Qualifications

• Exceptional at building a positive client experience.
• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Ability to follow our process for training.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home. We provide pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.
