Duties and responsibilities

• Maximize sales growth and profitability by demonstrating a wholehearted customer service attitude with a positive, knowledgeable and consultative approach.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and exhibit our merchandise’s qualities, features and benefits
• Interact with design community and retail clientele to assist with the selection of furniture; prepare proposals; cost estimates; specifications and other sale documentation
• Cultivate new business with Los Angeles design and architecture firms
• Build positive relationships with our clients providing quality customer service and
• Enthusiastic and effective communication as you move them through the sales process

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Outstanding Customer Service experience (both external and internal customers)
• Knowledge of residential European/luxury furnishing/cabinetry
• Knowledge of interior design/architecture
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Able to see multiple tasks through to completion
• Able to shift tasks and priorities quickly

Working conditions

• Employee will be expected to work Monday through Saturday in our showroom. Employee will need to be able to work with a variety of personality types, including customers, interior designers, and internal staff.
