Job summary

CTS International is looking for an engineer in Oklahoma City, OK for a contract role lasting 12+ months. Candidates must be US citizens and able to obtain Secret Clearance. The role encompasses developing and documenting complex electronic and electrical system requirements, designing hardware, and validating systems to ensure they meet operational expectations.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience. Additional skills include familiarity with configuration management, hardware in the loop testing, and data bus systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years’ experience in an engineering classification.
• Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification is also acceptable.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 12+ months Up to $65.00/Hour Contract Willing to work any shift

Overview

Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. US Citizenship Required. Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements. Designs hardware, software and interface specifications. Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements. Assists in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements. Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle. Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.

12+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.

What you’ll need

• Familiar with configuration management
• Experience with Hardware in the loop testing
• Familiar with 1553 data bus and 429 data bus
• Hardware auditing or audit processes
• Willingness to support second shift on occasion (3 pm -12 am)

Bachelor’s degree and typically 2 or more years’ experience in an engineering classification or a Master’s degree with experience in an engineering classification. Required: Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering
