This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced architect who knows how architecture firms really run, from project delivery and staffing to BIM standards and detail libraries. The work is mostly internal bridge building: staying close to product plans, preparing sales and marketing teams before launches, and lending practitioner credibility in demos and customer conversations. A strong candidate brings hands on Revit and coordination depth, clear communication across teams, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast moving software company.

The product applies AI to organizing and reusing past design details, so the role involves judging which AI driven features actually fit real project workflows and where they could cause adoption trouble. Much of the work stays human: reading customer friction, translating features into plain guidance for sales teams, and speaking credibly to architects.
