UnlockLand is A decision system establishing the foundation for development decisions
— a unified intelligence layer that empowers developers, investors, and asset managers to analyze, plan, and optimize properties in minutes, not weeks.
By combining proprietary AI, spatial data, financial modelling, and market analytics, our platform delivers automated feasibility studies, cost modelling, predictive analytics, and scenario planning — all within a collaborative, cloud-based interface.

We believe real estate decisions should be data-first, transparent, and scalable, so that complex development projects become more predictable, capital-efficient, and aligned with stakeholder goals.
The Role
We are looking for an Architectural Intelligence Designer who is comfortable working between design intent and development logic.
This role is not about producing polished renderings. Instead, it focuses on how early-stage design decisions are tested, evaluated, iterated, and communicated using data-aware 3D tools.
You will explore real sites inside our platform and help us understand:
- How designers read constraints
- How assumptions are formed
- Where digital workflows break down
- How design + calculation loops can be improved
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate real development sites using a 3D, constraint-aware platform
- Interpret zoning rules, envelopes, setbacks, FSR/GFA/NFA, and massing limits
- Identify conflicts between geometry, regulations, and feasibility metrics
- Communicate tradeoffs clearly (design quality vs yield vs compliance)
- Suggest improvements to 3D modeling, UX, and calculation workflows
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and development teams to refine tools
What We’re Looking For
Core Skills
- Background in architecture, urban design, or building design
- Strong understanding of zoning, envelopes, massing, and unit planning
- Ability to reason spatially and analytically
- Comfortable making assumptions when data is incomplete — and explaining them
- Clear communicator of design tradeoffs and constraints
Workflow Mindset
- Experience with early-stage feasibility or schematic design
- Familiarity with digital modeling tools (Rhino, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
- Ability to critique tools, not just use them
Bonus (Not Required)
- Exposure to development pro formas or yield analysis
- Experience working with developers or planners
- Interest in PropTech, AI, or computational design
