Job summary

Project Solutions Inc. is seeking a Construction Management Representative to rehabilitate, replace, and upgrade water and wastewater systems in Death Valley National Park, CA.

The role focuses on on-site oversight, documentation, meetings, and coordination with multiple crews and government representatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, experience with water facilities, SCADA, and cost/schedule reviews.

Qualifications

• Education or professional qualifications related to construction, architecture, or engineering.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training completed, or ability to obtain within 30 days of award.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document construction activities for progress, quality, and safety.
• Facilitate and document project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes.
• Review submittals for completeness, accuracy, and contract compliance.
• Track RFIs and ensure timely responses and proper packages.
• Review payrolls and labor compliance with contract requirements.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and work; document inspections and testing.
