Job summary

Project Solutions Inc. seeks a seasoned Construction Management Representative to rehabilitate water and wastewater systems in Death Valley National Park, CA. You will monitor construction, coordinate meetings, review submittals, and help manage RFIs and cost/time impacts.

This role requires at least 5 years of CM experience, OSHA 30-Hr certification, and familiarity with SCADA, pumps, piping, and government contract procedures.

Qualifications

• Education and professional qualifications related to construction, architecture, or engineering.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training completed, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of Task Order award.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document construction activities to verify progress, workmanship, and safety.
• Facilitate and document project meetings, including agendas and minutes.
• Review and process contractor submittals for completeness and compliance.
• Review RFIs and ensure complete packages for timely responses.
• Review certified payrolls and monitor labor compliance.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and construction work; document inspections.
• Support modifications and change management with scope documents and cost estimates.
