Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a general laborer to support desert-based renewable energy construction projects. This role includes assisting with site setup, material handling, and basic maintenance to prepare and maintain work sites.

You will work with skilled tradespeople, follow safety procedures, and contribute to team efforts to complete tasks on schedule in challenging outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions, including extreme heat.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Willingness to work outdoors in a desert environment for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Prior experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
