Job summary

Aman Group is seeking a dedicated Culinary Extern to join its luxury Amangiri culinary team in Utah. This full-time placement runs from February 2027 to the end of April 2027. You will prepare and present high-level dishes while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and collaborating with talented chefs to deliver exceptional cuisine to guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Flexibility for weekends, nights, and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-level food items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Work with chefs to deliver exceptional cuisine to guests and staff.
• Support with mise en place and food production as directed by the Sous Chef.
• Collaborate with team across shifts to ensure continuity and quality.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
