Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a complex healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and business operations of the Dermatopathology Laboratory.
• Work with faculty, staff, clinical teams, and partners to ensure efficient workflows.
• Monitor revenues and expenses; prepare reports and track KPIs.
• Support budgeting processes and identify financial improvements.
• Assist with business development, client relationships, contracts, and outreach.
