Epiphany Dermatology is launching Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for ambitious NPs and PAs who want to launch a dermatology career. Training occurs in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with milestone-driven learning and real-world rotations.

Upon completion, guaranteed placement at a mutually agreed clinic location, with a transition to a full-time role and competitive salary. Post-training location currently available in Roswell, NM.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NP or PA license and board certification.
• Willing to relocate to Texas for training.
• Commitment to a 5-year employment after program.
• Strong interest in dermatology and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month immersive dermatology training.
• Attend didactic sessions and hands-on clinical rotations.
• Achieve milestone-based assessments and professional growth.
• Relocate to assigned clinic post-training.
