Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology is launching Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for NPs and PAs to specialize in dermatology with hands-on rotations and mentorship. Training takes place in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with a guaranteed job placement at program end and a competitive salary of $60,000 during training plus relocation support and travel/education reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to clinic post-training.
• Able to commit to a 5-year employment contract after program.
• 1 letter of recommendation and scanned transcripts requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 12-month didactic and clinical dermatology training.
• Complete daily clinical rotations to gain exposure to diverse skin conditions.
• Meet milestone-based assessments to track progress and growth.
