Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to accelerate dermatology skills. Upon completion, candidates are guaranteed placement at a mutually agreed clinic location.

The program includes didactic and comprehensive clinical rotations with a competitive training salary and post‑program compensation potential, plus relocation and education expense support.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training.
• Agree to a 5-year employment commitment after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month immersive dermatology training experience led by Physicians and Medical Market Directors.
• Undergo didactic sessions and hands-on clinical rotations in El Paso or Dallas, TX.
• Attend milestone assessments and gain real-world clinical exposure.
