Job summary

Amgen in Cincinnati is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to engage medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate payer environments.

You will build relationships, lead territory plans with the District Manager, and contribute to market access strategies, while upholding Amgen values and delivering patient impact. Flexible work options exist including remote and hybrid arrangements where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales/clinical experience.
• 4–8 years of sales experience depending on degree or clinical background.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide current, clinical knowledge of Amgen products to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop relationships to service accounts and manage access/reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Demonstrate Amgen values and maintain patient focus throughout the sales cycle.
