Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device and/or relevant clinical or industry experience; or 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
• Experience calling on Dermatologists; Dermatology experience highly preferred.
• Strong business, strategic planning, and adaptability to market changes.
• Understanding of managed care landscape and its impact on business.
• Excellent verbal, influencing, and written communication; strong collaboration skills.
• Must reside within or near the assigned geography.

Aufgaben

• Support account onboarding through education.
• Engage in clinical selling activities and deliver the clinical value proposition.
• Assist initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
• Coordinate and support clinical education opportunities for HCPs.
• Manage accounts within Dermatology practices, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies in the geographic area.
• Achieve sales goals by delivering product volume and other metrics; execute brand strategy.
• Build relationships with HCPs and stakeholders to support safe, effective use of products.
• Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and reprints.
