The University of California, San Diego Department of Dermatology seeks accomplished Scientists or Physician-Scientists at the Associate or Full Professor rank to advance knowledge in Dermatology through basic research in Cutaneous Biology. Candidates will join a productive group with programs in Immunology, Microbiology, Developmental Biology, or Cancer Biology in the skin.

Duties include teaching, research, and university service, with possible clinical duties; success requires securing

Formación

• MD or equivalent degree required.
• Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Dermatology for clinical track.
• California medical license or eligibility if clinical duties are pursued.

Responsabilidades

• Teach, perform research, and participate in university service.
• Develop and maintain an extramurally funded research program.
• Mentor students, trainees, and junior faculty.
