Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group in Monterey is seeking a Part-Time Patient Coordinator to handle front office duties and support patients, providers, and the team. The role requires healthcare experience and comfort with scheduling systems.

The position is less than 30 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday. Training will be provided, and the candidate should be proficient with EMR software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required.
• Experience with EMR and scheduling software preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle all front office duties and support patients, providers and staff.
• Manage calls, scheduling tasks and online leads with a positive phone presence.
• Maintain provider–patient flow and anticipate next steps for efficiency.
• Attend in-house training and continued education opportunities.
