Job summary

Integrated Dermatology in Vermont seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist/PA- or NP-led clinician to join as part of Four Seasons Dermatology. The practice offers medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology with a strong community reputation and a growing team including a Mohs surgeon.

Colchester, Waterbury, Rutland VT, and Plattsburgh NY locations support comprehensive care and in-house Mohs surgery for complex cases.

Qualifications

• Active Vermont medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, skin cancer).
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other procedures with Mohs support.
• Collaborate with physicians and PAs across VT and NY locations.
• Help shape patient care as the practice grows.
