Integrated Dermatology is seeking a Dermatology PA/NP to join a growing Vermont practice as part of Four Seasons Dermatology. This full-time role offers medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services across Vermont and northern New York, with a strong patient-centered approach and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Dermatology-trained PA or NP.
• Active Vermont medical license (or eligible).
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other dermatologic procedures with Mohs support for complex cases.
• Collaborate with physicians and PAs across Vermont and New York locations.
• Shape patient care as the practice continues to grow.
