Job summary

Integrated Dermatology is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to join our growing Vermont practice as part of Four Seasons Dermatology.

This well-established practice serves Vermont and northern New York since 2003, with four locations and a growing team. The role focuses on medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, including skin cancer care and Mohs surgery support, in a collaborative setting across VT and NY sites.

Qualifications

• Dermatology-trained PA or NP with active Vermont license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently and with a collaborative team.
• Patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care for acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures, with Mohs surgery support for complex cases.
• Collaborate with physicians and PAs across Vermont and New York locations.
• Help shape patient care as the practice grows.
