Job summary

Integrated Dermatology in the Vermont and New York region is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to join our expanding practice under Four Seasons Dermatology.

The role offers full-time employment providing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology including skin cancer care, with collaboration across Vermont and New York locations and Mohs-supported cases. Join a trusted, growing team committed to patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist.
• Active Vermont medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Patient-first mindset and genuine passion for care.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures with Mohs surgery support for complex cases.
• Collaborate with fellow physicians and Physician Assistants across Vermont and New York locations.
• Play a key role in shaping patient care as the practice grows.
