Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary starting at $130K with production-based earnings, relocation reimbursement, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current Minnesota licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Prescriptive authority for NPs.
• National certification through ANCC/AANP (NP) or NCCPA (PA).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic ENT conditions.
• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Perform and assist with in-office ENT procedures (e.g., cerumen removal, nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, foreign body removal, epistaxis cautery).
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including audiograms, imaging, labs, and allergy testing.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and patient education.

An established ENT team in Fergus Falls, Minnesota is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their practice.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic ENT conditions, including sinusitis, ear infections, allergic rhinitis, tonsillitis, hearing concerns, and vertigo
• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and individualized treatment plans
• Perform and assist with in-office procedures, including cerumen removal, nasal endoscopy, flexible laryngoscopy, foreign body removal, and epistaxis cautery, as appropriate
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including audiograms, imaging, laboratory studies, and allergy testing
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, patient education, and follow-up
• Collaborate with ENT physicians, audiology, primary care, and other specialty services
• Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation and care coordination

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $130K annually for the first two years
• Additional earning potential based on production hours worked (wRVUs)
