Job summary

Britt Medical Search is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time outpatient dermatology role in Fergus Falls, MN. You will deliver comprehensive skin care, perform biopsies and other procedures, and coordinate treatment plans with dermatologists.

The position offers a 4.0–4.5 day workweek, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., and a strong benefits package including relocation and CME support. Minnesota licensure and BLS/DEA are required on hire.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or MPAS from an accredited program.
• Current Minnesota licensure or ability to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Dermatology experience as a provider in dermatology practice.
• BLS certification and DEA registration required upon hire.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dermatologic care for patients with acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, and skin cancer.
• Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, and excisions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications, including biologics.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skin health, and preventive care.
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR.
