New England Dermatology Associates in Vernon, CT seeks a full-time Dermatology Physician Assistant to join a well-established practice. You will deliver comprehensive dermatology care, build your patient panel, and collaborate with experienced dermatologists dedicated to mentorship and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in dermatology outpatient settings is required.
• Ability to see up to 30 patients per day as volume grows.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dermatology care including evaluation, diagnosis and treatment.
• Independently manage a busy schedule and large patient panel.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions and other procedures within scope.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on prevention and care.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff and administrative team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with standards.
