New England Dermatology Associates in Vernon, Connecticut, seeks a full-time Dermatology Physician Assistant to join a well-established practice. You will build your own patient panel and work with experienced dermatologists who value collaboration and mentorship.

The practice focuses on personalized care for a broad range of skin conditions, including cancer screenings and in-office dermatologic procedures. The environment emphasizes patient-centered care and team support.

Qualifications

• CT licensed Physician Assistant; dermatology experience required.
• Able to manage a busy outpatient dermatology schedule.
• Capacity to see up to 30 patients per day as volume grows.
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dermatology care across medical, surgical, and general dermatologic conditions.
• Independently manage a busy dermatology schedule and build patient volume.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and other procedures within scope.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on prevention and care.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure excellent patient experiences.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with standards and compliance.
