Job summary

Integrated Dermatology of Waterbury is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant specializing in general dermatology to join our busy, patient-centered practice. This full-time role is based primarily in our Southbury office, with responsibilities across Waterbury and Southbury locations, seeing up to 30 patients per day.

The ideal candidate holds a Connecticut PA license, has dermatology experience, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut PA license, or ability to obtain licensure.
• Dermatology experience required; general dermatology experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a busy, productive clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach to care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with supervising physicians and the broader care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dermatology care for new and established patients.
• Diagnose and manage dermatologic conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, warts, lesions, and skin cancer concerns.
• Perform dermatologic procedures within scope of practice and experience.
• Educate patients on treatments, skin health, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support a positive patient experience.
